Small and cozy location. We greatly enjoyed the heritage burger (added cheese and bacon) and the delizioso chicken burger. The fries and chips are house made and I like that they'll do a half of each as your side. After 9pm daily burgers are half price, though unfortunately this appears to be their busiest time of day.

Great experience the few times I've been. The inside is beautiful, lots of gorgeous woodwork and stained glass. There's a charming pub atmosphere with live music some nights. The couple times I've been we've ordered the delicious nachos - very worthwhile. Great location along major bus routes and a very short walk from the inner harbour or downtown.

Dominion Brook Park is located in North Saanich, close to the airport on East Saanich Road, across the street from the Panorama Rec. Centre. It’s not a large park – only about 11 acres – but it packs in a lot of beauty in a small space! Green, expansive lawns, huge trees, gardens, ponds, streams, whimsical carvings, and views of Haro Strait and out to the gulf islands. There are benches to sit and relax on, a picnic shelter as well as picnic tables to enjoy a family outing.
